Satisfactory

Please provide toilet spray and purify the room before the new visitors. We couldn't stand the cigarette smell and urine. The fun was also not working. We had to report it. No blanket and it was cold. I even had a flue coz we undergo cold the whole Friday night. That's the said story about our visit to your hotel!

We liked that the venue was near to many amenities

The breakfast was not up to standard. Food was not labeled and when we asked the chef what type of sausages were served, he tasted it and said he thinks its lamb. We ordered an omelet which they completely forgot about. We noticed that staff were allowed to serve themselves breakfast as well but they did so in a very untidy and unruly manner. The bathroom tiles in the shower has grime on it, it needs to be cleaned. The reception check in and staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly.

The rooms was very nice, clean and comfortable.

I was unable to get breakfast at the indicated time as the chef did not pitch on time and their was no other option availble for breakfast at 7 am.

Comfortable and very fun, and also very private.

Cleanliness of the bathroom, the bed and sheets were comfortable, enough storage space, the pool area even though we couldn't swim, the garden and the lawn was beautiful. And the free wifi.

The carpet and the curtains were dirty and the limit to the movie channels. And there was very little drinking water in the fridge.

The hotel is attached to carnival centre where one managed to catch a movie, lesson to his favorite artists Benjamin Dube and play slots at the Casino all this in 1 weekend, and within walking distance, of a while I didn't drive my car for over 36 hours, what a rest, will surely comeback and recommend this hotel to many others to visit and stay here

What was the highlight of Carnival City Hotel

Carnival City is a crazy venue, built like a circus. We were there for the Monster Gymkhana Grid event and it was a brilliant place to host it. The hotel is quite basic but you can step across from the accommodation to the casino area where there are several restaurants and bars as well as plenty of machines and tables to gamble. The grounds were perfect for the event and provided easy access from the hotel.

The service was out of this world, friendly and helpful staff, they went out of their way to show us around and to take our baggage from the vehicle to the hotel and back.. The food on the room service menu was reasonably priced and very tasty. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff is amazing. Housekeeping is extremely efficient. Breakfast was good. The view of carnival city at night is breathtaking. We enjoyed returning from our daily outings to behold this sight.
